Initial Consultation – Congratulations! You have found your dedicated experts in travel! No more spending hours and hours online researching and no more over-paying for your trips. Our travel agency has been in business since 2004 and we have over 100+ combined years serving the needs of travellers worldwide. The first step in working with us is having a complimentary 15-30 minute in-person, zoom video conference, or phone consultation during which we will get to know you and your travel style. We’ll ask a lot of questions! During the consultation we can determine if we will be a good fit for your travel planning needs. Once we understand you and your travel goals, we’ll explain our services and travel planning fees, including a fee quote for this trip. Since no two trips are the same, fees will vary. It is not possible for us to offer a quote for our services until we understand the scope of the trip that we are planning. Fees begin at $75. If both parties agree to move forward, we will present you with our Service Agreement. The Service Agreement can be filled out by clicking here and the travel planning fee payment can be submitted here. These are both required in order to begin the next step.

 

 

 

 

We Go to Work for You – Once you have contracted our services, we’ll begin working our magic with researching, obtaining and negotiating the best rates and curating a customized itinerary and travel package based on the travel goals discussed during the initial consultation. Remember, our team has been trained and certified in travel planning and have dedicated over 27 years of expertise in the industry. We’ll put this knowledge, experience and exceptional travel partner relationships to work for you. We’ll present the proposed trip with costs and all of it’s features and inclusions for your review and approval. We’ll make amendments as necessary until we have an itinerary and package that fulfills your travel wishes. When you approve this, the supplier deposit will be required to secure the travel arrangements with them. Please be aware that availability and price can change until the supplier deposit is applied.

 

 

 

 

Travel Arrangements Secured – After the supplier deposit is received, we’ll secure and confirm the travel arrangements. We’ll make recommendations specific to your trip and your preferences. Whether it’s travel insurance, seat selection or upgrades, hotel room or cabin requests, airport transfers, dining reservations, spa appointments, private guides and drivers, tours and excursions, we take care of all of the details and provide concierge level services for you.

Final payment – This is typically due 60 days prior to your departure date by will vary depending on the travel supplier. The final payment deadline will always be detailed in the original quote and on your invoice. We will follow up with you prior to the deadline with friendly reminders and process this with the supplier.

Ready to Travel – A few weeks prior to departure we will present you with your final travel documents, including the details of all reservations and arrangements that have been made. In most cases, this will be sent to you electronically and will include your detailed itinerary, destination guides, real-time flight information, and confirmation documents.

 

 

 

 

During and After Travel – In your travel documentation or upon arrival, you will be provided with your in-destination contact person and their contact details from the travel supplier in which you have booked. You are encouraged to contact them if you should require anything while in destination. We will also be available to advocate with the supplier to ensure that your trip is delivered as promised. Upon your return, we will follow up with you to obtain your feedback and to hear all about your wonderful trip. We love photos!
